实测配气凸轮型线拟合的研究

摘　　要：通过两种拟合方案———高次多项式函数法和Ｎ次谐波逼近法的对比，表明用Ｎ次谐波逼近法拟合ＥＱ６１００型汽油机的进气凸轮型线更精确，拟合出的升程曲线与原设计升程曲线最大偏差小于０．００２ｍｍ，得到的速度和加速度曲线均连续光滑。Through the comparison between two fitting scheme,i.e.high-order multinomial function method and N-order harmonic approximation method,it shows that it is more precise to fit intake can profile for EQ6100 engine by N-order harmonic approximation method,the maximum deviation between fitted lift curve and original lift curve is less than 0.002 mm,and continuous smooth velocity amd acceleration curve can be obtained.
