摘　　要：介绍了ＴｉＡｌ基合金的力学性能和用该合金生产汽车发动机气门的各种方法的优缺点，认为金属模铸造工艺是一种低成本的有潜力的方法。The mechanical properties of TiAl and the advantages and disadvantages of various process for producing TiAl alloy automotive engine valves are introduced in this paper.It suggests that the permanent mold process may be an attractive method with low costs.Finally,the application prospect of TiAl alloy valves is analyzed in terms of price.
