摘　　要：目的：应用日本产Ｌｕｚｅｘ－Ｆ型图像分析仪，对４０例卵巢浆液性囊腺肿瘤与５例正常卵巢上皮组织进行了形态定量测定、比较分析，旨在探寻形态定量指标在鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：应用ＤＮＡ特异染色（Ｆｅｕｌｇｅｎ染色），测量每例５０～７０个细胞核的面积、周长、最大直径、等效圆直径、核形状因子５项参数。经统计学分析。结果：上述各参数在各组之间具有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），交界性细胞核最大，恶性细胞核形状最不规则，良性细胞核较恶性小，但其形状较规则。结论：图像分析对卵巢浆液性囊腺肿瘤的病理学鉴别具有客观、正确的评价。A respective morphometric analysis of surgically resected ovarian serous cystadenomatous tumors was performed with Luzex F image analysis system.Using Feulgen staining technique, 50 to 70 tumor cell nuclei were studied per case for their area, perimeter, maximum diameter, equivalent diameter and regular form factor. Highly significant statistical difference was observed in every parameter among normal, benign, borderline and malignant cases. We found that the borderline cell nucleus was the biggest, the malignant cell nucleus was most irregular in shape. It is suggested that morphometry can be used in differential diagnosis of benign, malignant and borderline tumor of ovary.
