高频彩色多普勒超声在睾丸附睾急症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒技术诊断睾丸附睾急症的价值。方法回顾分析111例睾丸附睾急症患者的声像图资料。结果 111例中,急性附睾炎68例,急性睾丸附睾炎8例,睾丸扭转16例,睾丸附件扭转3例,睾丸血肿10例,睾丸破裂6例。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断睾丸附睾急症方面有很高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testis and epididymal emergency. Methods Respective analysis was made on ultrasound images of 111 cases with acute testis and epididymal diseases. Results In the 111 cases,there were 68 cases of acute epididymitis, 8 cases of acute testitis, 16 cases of testicular torsion, 3 cases of testicular appendix torsion, 10 cases of testicular hematoma, and 6 cases of testicular rupture. Conclusions It is of high clinical value for high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testis and epididymal emergency.
