脑静脉窦血栓形成的低场磁共振诊断价值

摘  要:目的:评价低场MRI脑静脉窦血栓形成的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析7例脑静脉窦血栓形成的临床与MRI资料。结果:常规MRI检查表现为静脉窦流空信号消失,急性期T1WI高信号,T2WI低信号;亚急性期T1WI、T2WI均呈高信号;慢性期T1WI、T2WI信号减低。MRV检查表现为受累静脉窦血流信号减弱或消失。4例同时行CT和MRI检查的患者11个静脉窦受累,CT检出率为54%,MRI检出率为100%。结论:低场磁共振对静脉窦血栓形成具有高度敏感性,是静脉窦血栓形成的首选检查方法。Objective:To assess the value of low field MRI in the diagnosis of cerebal venous sinus thrombosis.Methods:7 cases of CVST patients with clinical and MR date were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Normal flow empty effeot elisappeared on conventional MRI scans acute phase showed maderate signal on T 1 WI and low signal on T2 WI;Subacute phase trpically elemon strated high signal on T1 W1 and T2 WI;Signal intensity gradually became lower in chronoc phase,presentig variably;The signal of the involed venous sinus disappeared or meakened on MRV.The positivt rate of MRI(100%)was higher than of CT(54%)in the 4 patients who were scanned by both CT and MRI.Conclusion:Low field MRI canbe viewed as the primary methods for examining cerebyal lenous sirus thrombosis because of thrombosis because of the secsitiving.
