鼓室置管治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎

摘　　要：目的:评估鼓室置管在治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎的功效。方法:收集我院肿瘤科2005～2009年间鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎患者23例,随机分为实验组15例和对照组8例,实验组予以鼓室置管,对照组给予常规药物治疗。结果:实验组治愈率93%,对照组治愈率37.5%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎较一般分泌性中耳炎在生理、病理上有显著不同,鼓室置管在治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎中效果好,复发率低。Objective：To estimate the curative effects of ventilation tube insertion in treating secretory otitis media（SOM）following radiotherapy in the patients with nasopharynegeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods：33 patients were divided into 2 groups：15 patients in test group and 8 patients in control group.The test group used ventilation tube insertion and the control group used drup application.To compare the curative effects of the 2 groups.Results：The curative percentage of test group was 93%,while the control group was 37.5% with significant difference between the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ventilation tube insertion is an effective way for secretory otitis media following radiotherapy in the patients with nasopharynegeal carcinoma.
