MC3在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨MC3在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系，采用免疫组化染色法检测192例大肠癌组织中MC3的表达情况，并分析其与年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、5年生存情况的相关性。结果显示，MC3在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为83．85％（161／192）。MC3的阳性表达与年龄、性别、M分期无关（P〉O．05），与肿瘤分化程度、T分期、N分期及5年生存率有关（Pd0．05）。结果表明，检测MC3的表达对了解大肠癌的生物学行为和判断预后有重要价值。The objective of the study was to obtain the expression of MC3 in the colorectal carcinoma tissue （MC3 expression） and assess its pathological parameters. Immunohistochemical method was applied in the measurement of MC3 expression,and the correlationship of MC3 with age, gender, differentiation status, TNM staging and five-year survival was also analyzed. As results, the＇ rate of MC3 expression was 83.85% （161/192） ,there was no correlation between MC3 expression and age, gender and M staging（ P 〉0.05）, MC3 expression was correlated with differentiation, T staging, N staging and 5-year survival（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that MC3 expression is of important value in understanding the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma and in judging prognosis.
