摘　　要：软测量技术是一门新兴技术,在工业过程分析、变量测试计量、控制优化等理论和实践中取得了较好的效果。论文在简述软测量技术原理的基础上,从辅助变量的选择、过程数据处理、软测量模型建立和在线校正四个方面介绍软测量技术包含的主要内容和主要实现方法。论文结合武器装备的特点,通过对某自行高炮伺服电机转速与控制电压比例系数的估计来说明软测量技术的应用方法和过程。最后,论文对软测量技术的发展现状和存在的问题进行了总结。The soft-sensor technique is a new technique,and it gets the better effect for theory and practice in process analysis of industry,variable test,control and optimization.The paper describes the principium of the soft-sensor technique,then expatiates its the main content and means form secondary variable selection,data processing,soft-sensor modeling,online calibration.The paper describes the application of the soft-sensor technique based on estimation for the rotate speed of amplidyne and inverse proportion of control voltage.In the end,the paper summarizes the development and problem of soft-sensor technique.
