摘 要:提出了一种输电塔主材统材划分的优化方法:首先通过分析得到每段统材截止位置的变化区间表达式,可以发现每段杆件截止点的界限都与已经完成划分的杆件长度相关;鉴于此,引入动态规划的概念,利用递归方法得到所有可行的统材划分方式;最后在静定化假设的基础上,依次按所有方案进行选材,对比得到最优的设计。一个翔实的算例表明使用该算法可以求得更轻的塔重,同时发现塔重随统材段数的增加而减小,各段最优截止点率先出现在外荷载变化较大的位置等符合一般工程实际的规律。An optimization method for unifying section of transmission tower's chord member was proposed: The bourn of each chord member's broken position was obtained at first,and each bourn was involved with the members' length which had been already carved.then concept of dynamic programming was cited,and a procedure to get all the feasible combination patterns for unifying section was put forward by recursion;finally,based on the hypothesis of static determination,section of the members in each pattern was selected and the optimal design was obtained by comparing existing schemes.A sample shows that a lighter design can be got by adopting this method,and some practical conclusions are drawn,such as: the structure's weight is decreasing with the number of segments' increasing;each segment's optimal broken position is normally found around the area where there is a sudden change of external load.
