摘 要:基于聚集效应分析了Supply Hub相对于VMI运作模式的优势特性。若不考虑匹配性,采用Supply Hub与VMI运作模式,聚集效应使得Supply Hub的安全库存更低。当考虑零部件之间的匹配时,Supply Hub能降低缺货概率和缺货成本,而且当市场需求的分布满足一定的条件时,Supply Hub的总库存成本也要低于VMI分散运作模式。The characteristics of Supply Hub and distributed VMI were analyzed through Risk Pooling theory.Safety inventory of Supply Hub was less than distributed VMI for pooling effect if we did not think about the matching of different products.When we considered the matching of different items,the out of stock ratio and lost sale cost were lowered by Supply Hub synchronously.If the demand distributions were satisfactory to some conditions,the total inventory cost of distributed VMI was also reduced by Supply Hub.
