卷烟辅料设计参数对一些醛、酯类香料单体迁移率的影响研究

摘　　要：使用同时蒸馏萃取及气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)分析方法,对注射加入卷烟中的醛、酯类香料单体的迁移率进行分析,研究卷烟辅料设计参数的改变对卷烟燃吸过程中醛、酯类香料单体迁移率的影响,并利用SPSS 11.5版软件包,分析了香料单体的迁移率与成型纸,嘴棒,接装纸,接装纸打孔距离,卷烟纸参数的关系,结果表明:(1)成型纸透气度每增加1000 CU,醛类香料的迁移率将减小0.040%～0.50%;酯类香料的迁移率将减小0.20%～0.40%;(2)丝束规格对香料的迁移率影响规律性不明显;(3)接装纸透气度每增加200 CU,醛类香料的迁移率将减小0.22%～2.78%;酯类香料的迁移率将减小1.12%～2.88%;(4)接装纸打孔距唇距离每增加3 mm,醛类香料的迁移率将增加0.026%～0.44%;酯类香料的迁移率将变化0.017%～0.30%;(5)卷烟纸透气度每增加20 CU,醛类香料的迁移率将减小0.042%～0.95%;酯类香料的迁移率将减小0.24%～0.66%。The transfer ratio of aldehyde and ester flavors injected in cigarettes were analyzed through the jointly usage of distillation extraction and C-C/MS. TEe effect of the changes of cigarette accessories parameter on the transfer ratio of Aldehyde and Ester in the cigarette smoking process was researched, and the relationship between the transfer ratio of flavors and cigarette paper, tipping paper, plug wrap, and cigarette paper parameters was analyzed with the aid of SPSS 11.5 software. The results showed that： （ 1 ） When the air permeability of plug wrap increased 1000CU, the transfer ratio of aldehyde decreased 0. 040 % - 0.50 % and ester decreased 0.20 % -0.40 % ; （2）The effect of filter tow size on transfer ratio of flavors was not significant on a regular basis; （3）The transfer ratio of aldehyde and ester reduced 0.22% -2.78% , 1.12% -2.88% respectively while air permeability of tipping paper increased 200CU; （4）The distance of perforations on tipping paper increased 3mm, the transfer ratio of aldehyde increased 0. 026%-0. 449%, and ester changed 0. 017%-0.30%; （5） The transfer ratio of aldehyde reduced 0. 042 % -0.95 % , and ester reduced 0.24 %-0.66 % while air permeability of cigarette paper increased 20CU.
