大学生社会性问题解决与网络成瘾倾向的关系:社交回避和苦恼的中介效应

摘　　要：采用问卷测量法,以495名大学生为对象,考察了社会性问题解决、社交回避和苦恼与网络成瘾倾向的关系。结果表明:(1)积极问题解决倾向、理性问题解决与社交回避和苦恼以及网络成瘾倾向均呈显著负相关,消极问题解决倾向、回避型问题解决与社交回避和苦恼、网络成瘾倾向之间以及网络成瘾倾向与社交回避和苦恼之间均呈显著正相关,回避型问题解决、消极问题解决倾向、社交回避和苦恼均可正向预测网络成瘾倾向;(2)社交回避和苦恼在消极问题解决倾向、回避型问题解决、理性问题解决与网络成瘾倾向之间均具有显著的中介效应。大学生的社会性问题解决可通过社交回避和苦恼间接影响其网络成瘾倾向。This article aims to probe into the relationship between such factors as the settlement of social problems, social avoidance and distress, and the tendency toward Interact addiction, by using a questionnaire to survey 495 college students. The results show the following： （1） The tendency toward the positive or rational set~ flement of problems has a significantly negative correlation with social avoidance, or distress, or the tendency to- ward Interact addiction; the tendency toward the negative settlement of problems or the avoidance of the settle- merit of problems has a significantly positive correlation with social avoidance, or distress, or the tendency toward Interact addiction; the tendency toward Internet addiction and social avoidance or distress show a significantly positive correlation; the avoidance of the settlement of problems, the tendency toward the negative settlement of problems, social avoidance and distress can all serve as positive predictors of the tendency toward Internet addic- tion. （2） Social avoidance and distress have a significantly mediating effect on the relationship between the ten- dency toward the negative settlement of problems, or the avoidance of the settlement of problems, or the rational settlement of problems, and the tendency toward Interact addiction. The settlement of college students＇ social problems may have an indirect effect on their tendency toward Interact addiction through social avoidance and distress.
