摘　　要：从影响创新型企业成长的主要因素出发,构建以企业健康度、企业成长能力、企业创新能力为目标层的创新型企业成长健康度评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。通过建立模糊综合评价模型,对创新型企业成长健康度进行评价,系统而全面地评价创新型企业成长的状况,不仅对其实现可持续健康成长提供理论指导,也可为政府部门提供决策借鉴,对促进经济增长也具有十分重要的实际意义。The paper constructed the evaluation index system of innovative enterprises′ growing health degree from the primary factors that influence innovative enterprises′ growth,which took＂enterprise health,enterprise growth ability, enterprise innovation ability＂as destination layers,and determined the weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process （ AHP） . It has the extremely vital practical significance to provide the theory instruction for realizing enterprises′s sustainable health growth,provide the policy - making model for the government and promote economy growth by evaluating the growth situation of innovative enterprises systematically and comprehensively.
