摘 要:研究了纵向刨切单板时切削厚度、刀刃倾角对单板背面裂隙度和粗糙度以及声发射振铃计数的影响。结果表明,随着刨切厚度的增加,单板背面裂隙度和粗糙度以及声发射振铃计数都明显增加;随着刀刃倾角的增加(45°~70°),单板背面裂隙度和粗糙度小幅增加,但声发射振铃计数明显增加;声发射振铃计数与单板背面裂隙度和粗糙度均具有良好的线性关系。The effect of cutting thickness and cutting tool tilt angle on the back crack degree and surface roughness of veneers and acoustic emission ring-down counts in the longitudinal veneer cutting process is studied. The results show that the back crack degree and surface roughness of veneers and ring--down count of AE signals noticeably increase with the increase in the cutting thickness, and back crack degree and surface roughness of veneers slightly increase with the increase in the tilt angle from 45°to 70°, while the ring-down count rates of AE signals noticeably increases. There is a good linear relationship between ring--down count rates of AE signals and back crack degrees and surface roughness of veneers.
