摘　　要：综述了免疫胶体金的制备及保存方法,免疫胶体金技术的原理、特点以及免疫胶体金技术在真菌毒素检测上的应用,并分析了该技术存在的问题及发展趋势。The article summarized the principle, advantage of immune colloidal gold technique, analyzed the application in mycotoxin detection, and discussed the existent problems and the future developmental trend of the technology.
