摘 要:通过文献梳理构建理论模型,利用来自于全国30家三甲医院的问卷调查数据,引入组织学习概念对医院科技创新文化与科技创新绩效的关系予以探讨.研究表明,科技创新文化对组织学习、组织学习对科技创新绩效均有显著的正向影响效应;科技创新文化对科技创新绩效没有显著的直接影响效应,但可通过组织学习对创新绩效产生显著的正面影响.On the basis of literature review, it constructs a theoretical model. Using data gathered from 30 hospitals of three-A-level grade, it discusses the relationship between S&T innovative culture and innovative performance in hospitals by introducing the concept of organizational learning. The results indicate that: S&T innovative culture has a positive di- rect impact on organizational learning;organizational learning has a positive direct impact on innovative performance ; S&T innovative culture has no significant direct impact on innovative performance, but it can perform a positive indirect impact on innovative performance through organizational learning.
