高剂量帕米膦酸二钠联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗多发骨转移性疼痛观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高剂量帕米膦酸二钠联合硫酸吗啡缓释治疗多发骨转移性疼痛的疗效及耐受性。方法选择恶性肿瘤伴多发性骨转移、初始为重度疼痛、经硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗14 d以上疼痛未达到中度以上缓解患者54例,给予高剂量帕米膦酸二钠联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察疗效及不良反应。结果联合治疗前疼痛评分为7.1分,联合治疗后降至1.2分(P<0.01);联合治疗总有效率76%,生活质量明显改善(P<0.01)。9例出现发热,对症处理后体温当日降至正常。结论高剂量帕米膦酸二钠联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗多发骨转移性顽固性疼痛疗效及耐受性好。Objective It is to evaluate the effect and safety of pamidronate disodium combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet in treatment of multiple osseous metastasis pain.Methods 54 cases with multiple osseous metastases severe pain and didn＇t get midrange relief 14 days after treatment by morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet were selected,and treated by pamidronate disodium combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet.The curative effect and side effect were observed.Results The VRS decreased from 7.1 down to 1.2（P0.01）.The total effective rate was 75.9%.The quality of life was improved significantly（P0.01）.Fever happened in 9 cases and soon recovered by expectant treatment.Conclusion Pamidronate disodium combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet in treatment of multiple osseous metastasis pain was effective and safe.
