摘 要:利用不同有色膜探讨分析了不同光质对‘达赛莱克特’草莓(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.‘Darselect’)果实品质的影响。结果表明,蓝膜处理下的果实可溶性蛋白、抗坏血酸和可滴定酸含量均为最高,单株产量最低。绿膜处理的果实可溶性糖、可滴定酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较低。红膜处理草莓单株产量最高,果实最大,单果重比对照区高49.8%。随不同光质膜中的红橙光透过量的增加,草莓果实的可溶性糖含量大致呈增加趋势,抗坏血酸含量与紫外光/蓝紫光比值呈反相关,单株产量随红光/蓝光比值的上升呈增加趋势。The effect of different light quality on fruit quality of 'Darselect' strawberry(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) was studied with different color film treatments.The results showed that under the blue film,the soluble protein,ascorbic acid and titratable acid contents of the fruit were the highest,but with the lowest yield per plant.The lower contents of soluble sugar,titratable acid and soluble protein were found under the green film.The yield per plant and the fruit size under the red film were the greatest,with the average weight per fruit 49.8% higher than that of the controlled.The soluble protein content of the fruit increased with the rising percentage of reddish orange light to overall radiant energy on the whole for all treatments.Ascorbic acid content of the fruit under different films was in negative correlation to Ultraviolet / Blue ratio.The yield per plant tended to increase with the increase of Red / Blue ratio under different films.
