摘 要:为了降低马拉硫磷在水环境中的污染,研究了高浓度有机磷农药马拉硫磷的水解动力学及铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)对马拉硫磷的生物降解,利用数学模型对铜绿微囊藻的生长以及较高浓度马拉硫磷的水解和生物降解动力学进行了拟合.结果表明:铜绿微囊藻在马拉硫磷质量浓度分别为3.2,10 mg/L时可显著地促进其降解.当马拉硫磷的质量浓度为10 mg/L时,水解和生物降解的半衰期分别为74.8,37.7 h.The kinetics of malathion hydrolyzation in BGll medium and malathion biodegradation in Microcystis aeruginosa cultures were studied in order to decrease the aqueous pollution caused by malathion; Models were used to simulate the growth curve of Microcystis aeruginosa and the degradation curves of malathion. The conclusions were summarized as follows. The degradation of malathion was improved effectively by Microcystis aeruginosa. The half life of malathion was shortened from 74.8 h to 37.7 h when malathion concentration was 10 mg/L.
