摘　　要：美军从上世纪九十年代中期开始利用网络开展远程教育和训练,由于采取科学严密的组织管理、全面社会化的运行保障和方便高效的一站式服务,取得了空前成功,其经验对于我军开展远程教育工作具有重要参考意义。Since the mid-1990s, the U. S. Army has launched a distance learning program to offer the soldiers high-quality education and training through the network. The program proves an unparalleled success as a result of its scientific management, commercial operation and effective one-stop-service. The experience of the program may serve as significant reference for china＇ s military academies to deliver distance learning services to the PLA soldiers.
