摘 要:进行三维医学图像研究。方法选取前足跖骨为实验材料,以CT连续扫描图像胶片为图像载体,用CCD摄像头采集图像信息,通过人机对话提取图像边缘信息,利用体视算法,实现基于微机的CT图像三维重建。结果重建图像可进行任意旋转、多视角检测、组织切割分离与手术模拟。结论此三维重建方法有广阔的开发和应用前景。Purpose To study a method of CT image threedimentional(3D) reconstruction processing system based on personal computer(PC). Methods Serial CT scan image films were selected as image message mediums and the image messages were input into the PC with the CCD camera.In PC,the image margin messages were extracted,and processed with the method of volume rendering to obtain 3D reconstruction images. Results CT image 3D reconstruction processing system was convenient for operating.According to various requirements,the 3D reconstructed objection could be sectioned,separated,shifted and rotated,and operation simulation could even be performed. Conclusions [WT10.BZ〗Image 3D reconstruction technique,is an advanced diagnosis and measurement procedure,that having a wide developing future.
