摘  要:目的探讨多形核粒细胞(PMN)过度激活对内皮细胞的损伤作用。方法用PMA将PMN过度激活后,与内皮细胞(EC)共同培养,观察PMN对EC的直接损伤作用。结果过度激活的PMN与EC共同培养时,EC的形态学发生明显变化,代表EC损伤的指标6-keto-PGF(lα)、LDH明显升高,预先加入lα-PI、SOD+CAT均能不同程度地降低6-keto-PGF(lα)、LDH的水平。结论PMN的过度激活在内皮细胞损伤中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the injury effects of PMN against endothelial cells(EC). Method The direct injury effects of PMN against EC by incubating the excessively activated PMN with the umbilical EC were observed. Result it was found that PMA activated by PMN could release large amount of PMN-E, OFR and PLA_2. When excessively activated PMN was incubated with EC, the morphology of EC changed appreciably and such indexes as 6-keto-PGF(lα). and LDH could be lowered to some extend by adding αl-p Ⅰ or SOD + CAT in advanced. Conclusion the excessive activation of PMN plays an important role in the injury of EC.
