摘  要:职工教育培训必须围绕企业发展战略,提高员工的专业知识和技能水平,使之符合企业生产经营管理对员工素质的总体要求。有效的培训对提升员工能力和企业绩效有极大的作用。因此,培训效果评估是职工教育培训的重要环节。遵循科学有效的培训效果评估流程,可以避免培训的盲目性和流于形式,促进培训工作的良性开展并真正服务于企业的经营战略。Staff education and training must be involved in development strategy of the enterprise, improvement of staff's knowledge and special technique, and meet the general requirement of staff's quality of the production, operation and management of the enterprise. Effective training is of great function to elevate staff' s ability and enterprise perfor- mance. Therefore, training effect evaluation is a very important link for staff education and training. Scientific and effective training effect evaluation system can avoid blindness and only paying attention to form, and promote development of training work and really serve operation policy of the enterprise.
