摘　　要：目的探讨99mTc-HL91在鼻咽癌的临床应用价值。方法对16例初治鼻咽癌患者静脉注射99mTc-HL91925 MBq(25 mci)后4 h进行头颈部断层显像。结果 16例患者中,阳性13例(81.25%),阳性患者中鼻咽病灶放射性浓聚部位与正常鼻咽组织放射性计数比值(T+/N)为1.83±0.43,鼻咽病灶放射性非浓聚部位与正常鼻咽组织放射性计数比值(T-/N)为1.12±0.13,两者存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论 99mTc-HL91乏氧显像能监测鼻咽癌癌灶乏氧状态,有一定临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of 99mTC-HL91 hypoxia imaging in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 16 cases were included.Single photon emission computed tomography（SPECT） scan of the head and neck was performed at 4 h after intravrnous injection of 925MBq（25mci） 99mTc-HL91.Results Of the 16 NPC patients,13（81.25%） were hypoxia-positive,with the T＋/N ratio（1.83±0.43） significantly higher than the T-/N（1.12±0.13）,P0.001.Conclusion 99mTC-HL91 hypoxia imaging can monitor the hypoxic state of NPC,and is of important clinical value.
