摘　　要：目的探讨护士在护理工作中语言的作用。方法通过与患者直接交谈和自制问卷调查了120名患者对护士的语言艺术在临床护理中的作用。结果语言既可治病,也可致病。结论护士的语言艺术对护理工作质量起着决定性的作用。Objective To investigate the role of language of nurse in nursing practice.Methods In 120 nurses,through communicating with patients and using self-designed questionnaire,we investigated the role of art of language of nurses in clinical nursing work.Results Language could either cure diseases,or contribute to diseases.Conclusion The art of language of nurses play a decisive role in nursing qualities.
