高校科技成果产业化项目评估指标体系研究——以江苏省某高校科技成果转化为例

摘　　要：当前,高校科技成果与市场脱节,科技成果"转化难、难转化"在我国已是不争的事实。科技成果转化必须为以市场需求为前提、以良好效益为落脚点、以足够的资金支持和先进的管理水平为保障。基于影响科技成果转化的因素,构建了高校科技成果转化项目的评价指标体系,讨论了指标取值,并以江苏省某高校科技成果转化为例,对项目评估指标体系进行了验证。At present,the university scientific and technological achievements are out of touch with the market,and it has become an indisputable fact that the transformation of these achievements is difficult in China.The achievement transformation must be premised on the market demands,with benefit analysis as its outcome,and funding and management level its guarantee.Based on the factors affecting the transformation,this paper tries to build selection indicators which evaluate the university technological achievement transformation and discusses the value of indicators.The paper finally verifies the project evaluation index system with an example of technological achievement transformation in a university in Jiangsu province.
