高血压性脑出血急性期血中抗凝血酶Ⅲ水平的测定

摘　　要：测定３４例高血压性脑出血（ＨＣＨ）发病２４小时内、第３天、第７天血中抗凝血酶Ⅲ的活性（ＡＴⅢ：Ａ）和抗原含量（ＡＴⅢ：Ａｇ），发现ＨＣＨ发病２４小时内、第３天血中ＡＴⅢ和ＡＴ：Ａｇ较正常对照组显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），以后迅速升高，第７天与对照组无差异性。表明ＨＣＨ急性期ＡＴⅢ呈短暂性降低，是一种病理生理反应。AntithronbinⅢ activity(ATⅢ:A)and antigen(ATⅢ:Ag)were measured in acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH)Within 24 hours、in the 3rd and 7the day from the onset We found that ATⅢ:A and AT Ⅲ:Ag decreased significantly within 24 hours and in the 3rd day and increased rapidly to normal in the 7th days This study showd there was a transient consumption of antithrombin Ⅲ in the initial stage of HCH,this change rapidly returned to physical state in a week
