高度近视白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术(附46例报告)

摘　　要：对４６例（５２只眼）高度近视患者施行白内障囊外摘除或超声乳化摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。治疗结果：眼轴为２６～３０ｍｍ组中术后矫正视力≥０．５者占９２．５％，眼轴＞３０ｍｍ者则视力恢复差。Fifty two eyes of fourty six patients with high myopia were performed the extracapsular cataract extraction or phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation The results indicated that the rate of postoperative corrected visual acuity≥0 5 in 26～30mm axial length group is 92 5%,but the visual acuity is worse in axial lengths over 30mm group The cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is an effective mothed for the patients with high myopia
