摘　　要：通过对《2002—2008年湖南统计年鉴》食品产业相关统计数据分析发现,湖南食品产业发展虽然已进入了高速发展期,但湖南食品工业的发展与其农业资源大省的现状很不相称。究其因,主要是湖南食品产业集群发展相对滞后。为此,文章专门分析了湖南食品产业集群发展的现状及其存在的问题。According to the digest of statistics from 2002 to 2008 about Hunan food industry,the relevant statistical data analysis found that Hunan food industry has entered a rapid development stage,but the development of industry cluster is relatively static.Therefore,the article analyzes the status and problems of the Hunan food industry cluster specially.
