摘　　要：对４０例骨肉瘤患者行以甲氨蝶呤为主的大剂量综合化疗，疗效较好，在大剂量综合化疗的前提下，截肢术不再被视为必要的了，肺转移后，仍可行转移瘤清扫术，再辅以大剂量综合化疗，仍可挽回部分患者的生命。This article reports 40 patients with pathologically confirmed osteosarcoma who were given the high dose combined chemotherapy,methotrexate (MTX) is the principal effectual drug.The therapy produced a good curative effect.With the high dose combined chemotherapy in use amputation is no longer regarded as necessary.If there would be found lung metastasis,timely clearing out the metastases thoroughly and using the high dose combined chemotherapy as a hypurgia must be able to save part of the patients′ lives.
