胸廓成形加带蒂肌瓣修补治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口瘘

摘　　要：食管贲门癌手术后吻合口瘘为严重的并发症，作者采用胸廓成形加带蒂肌瓣修补术，取得了满意效果。１８例病人修补后均未发生再瘘，亦未造成吻合口狭窄，该胸廓成形术后对患者的呼吸功能影响不大，未影响手术的远期疗效。认为本方法在治疗吻合口瘘时可以选择手术时机。Postoperative anastomotic stomal fistula is a serious complication of the surgery on esophageal and cardiac cancers,the author took thoracoplasty with pedicled muscle flap to repair the fistulae in 18 cases,and won a satisfactory result.After repairing there were no fistulae recurred or anastomotic strictures occurred in the patients.Their respiratory function and the long term follow up result were not affected too much by the repairing method.Conclusion:The repairing is an ideal method to treat postoperative anastomotic stomal fistulae of esophageal and cardiac cancers.
