18种商品蛤蚧原动物及性状的鉴别

摘　　要：目的 :对中药商品蛤蚧进行调查与真伪鉴定。方法 :在市场上收集各类商品蛤蚧 1 8种 ,选择样品长度、头部、吻鳞、眼睑、鳞片、背腹部、指趾、尾及其他特征、地理分布进行原动物鉴定 ,并检索鉴别。结果 :1 8个样品中 2个样品为蛤蚧Gekkogecko(广西蛤蚧　泰国蛤蚧 ) ,其余 1 6个样品均为蛤蚧混伪品 ,其原动物来源分别是壁虎、多疣壁虎、无蹼壁虎、荔波壁虎、睑虎、喜山鬣蜥、变色树蜥、蜡皮蜥、青海沙蜥、西藏沙蜥、石龙子、山溪鲵、红瘰疣螈、贵州疣螈、中国瘰螈、东方蝾螈。结论 :市场销售中药商品蛤蚧伪品较多。利用本文提供的蛤蚧原动物及性状特征检索方法可鉴别之。Objective: To identify medicinal material Gecko and its counterfeits. Methods: The commodity Gecko were investigated and 18 samples of different kinds commercial Gecko were collected from markets in China. Their characteristics of crude drug and original animal were measured and compared. Results: Of all the 18 samples, 2 were Gecko (Gekko gecko L.) and 16 were its counterfeits. Conclusion: There are many Gecko counterfeits in the markets of China. They can be identified by examining their apperance, charecteristics of crude drug and original animal, according to the above results of studies.
