小脑通电治疗在脑血管疾病康复中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察小脑通电治疗对脑血管疾病(CVD)患者的康复效果。方法将156例CVD患者随机分为通电治疗组(78例)和常规治疗对照组(78例)。两组均采用常规神经功能药物及基础功能锻炼等综合治疗手段。治疗组加用CVFT-010脑循环功能治疗仪进行电刺激小脑顶核(FN),每次通电40min,1次/日,14次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法和治疗前、后临床神经病学评分标准进行评定,测定脑循环动力学参数。结果 78例脑卒中患者治疗后,上肢运动功能评分和腕、手运动功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度评分较治疗前显著提高。结论小脑通电治疗适用于不同病情程度的脑梗死和脑出血患者,其疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation （FNES） on the clinical rehabititation in the patients with cerebrovascular disease （CVD）.Methods One hundred and fifty-six CVD patients were evenly separated into two groups：the cerebellum electric stimulation cure group and the conventional cure control group.All patients were treated with conventional medicine and physical exercise.Meanwhile,the cerebellum electric stimulation cure group was treated with electric stimulation.After dealing,the effects of cerebellum electric stimutation on the Fugl-Meyer score,the clinical neurological scores,the cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters （CVAI）,the figure of brain SPECT were recorded,and a comparison of these statistics was made.Results The Fugl-Meyer score,neurological score,CVAI and the manifestations on SPECT were significantly higher than those before FNES （P0.001）.Conclusion FNES may have an valuable effect on the patients with CVD,and as a consequence,it may decrease the injure of the brain tissues.
