摘　　要：人的全面发展是人类恒久的话题,更是人类实践的过程,创业素质的培养是实现人的全面发展的重要途径和方法,创业素质培养要以马克思的人的全面发展思想为指导,努力构建科学合理的创业素质培养体系以促进人的全面发展。Human＇s comprehensive development is a practical process for all of the human beings as well as a permanent topic.Entrepreneurial qualities＇ cultivation is an important way and means to realize human＇s comprehensive development and should be instructed Instructed by Karl Marx＇s idea of human＇s comprehensive development.A scientific and reasonable entrepreneurial qualities＇ cultivation system must be constructed to promote human＇s comprehensive development.
