摘　　要：人力资本和社会资本存量是影响高职毕业生就业的双重机制。高职院校应通过一系列对策来提高高职毕业生的人力资本和社会资本存量,促进其就业。Human resource and social capital stock are the dual institution that influences the employment of higher vocational college graduates. Higher vocational colleges should improve the graduates＇ employment through a series of measures which can promote their human resource and social capital stock.
