摘　　要：】介绍了过程工业中方兴未艾的软仪表技术。给出了构造软仪表的一般理论及方法，讨论了软仪表在工业控制应用中的相关问题，并通过应用实例表明软仪表在复杂过程变量检测及控制方面有重要的应用价值。In this paper, soft sensor technique which is in the ascendant in contemporary process industry is introduced. General theory and methods about building a soft sensor are given. Problems related with industry application of soft sensor are discussed. Analysis of two implementation instances shows that soft-sensing is an effective way to solve problems in sensing and control of complicate process variables.
