摘　　要：产品设计开发过程合理化是合理化工程的组织基础，本文着重叙述了产品设计开发过程合理化的必要性、原则及如何实现产品设计开发过程合理化重组的途径。Rationalization of product design and development processes is the basis of Ration Engineering (RE). In this paper, the authors describe emphatically the necessity, principle and the way of regrouping to rationalization of product design and development processes.
