摘　　要：新药评价课程的实验教学是基础理论课的延伸和拓展,教学过程中本着"以人为本,学生第一"的理念,优化实验教学内容,加强教师队伍建设,激发学生学习兴趣,实施PBL双语教学,并在教学过程中贯穿动物福利思想,加强医学科研道德教育,重视学生人文素养的提升,建立了一套以基本操作技能与创新设计能力并重的实验考核体系,使新药研究与评价实验教学水平得到进一步的提高。Experiment teaching of new drug evaluation course is an extension and expansion of basic theory courses. Based on the concept of people-oriented and student first, more attention has been attached to optimi- zing the experiment teaching content, enhancing the construction of teaching staff, stimulating students＇ inter- est in learning and implementing problem-based learning in bilingual teaching. Education of animal welfare and medical research ethics is emphasized throughout the teaching process to enhance students＇ humanities quality. Furthermore, a set of experiment assessment system in which basic manipulative skills and creative capacity are equally emphasized is established to improve the experiment teaching quality of new drug research and evaluation.
