浅谈临床肿瘤学七年制学生的培养

摘　　要：分析了我校七年制医学生培养的现状和培养过程中存在的问题,从临床技能培训、专业基础学习、科研能力培训、定期学习等方面探讨如何进行临床肿瘤学七年制学生的培养,并提出了"周学习"的方法和经验。The paper first analyzes the present situation and problems of training students of seven-year medical program in our school. Then it discusses how to train students of seven-year clinical oncology program from the following aspects： clinical skill training, subject foundational learning, research capability training and regular study. Finally it proposes the method of weekly study and our experience.
