摘　　要：从目前我国医疗环境不健康而医疗纠纷防范教育缺乏出发,探讨加强实习医师医疗纠纷防范教育的必要性和重要性,并提出具体措施。Because of unhealthy state of the current medical environment and unsatisfactory education on guarding against medical disputes, we discuss the necessity and importance of enhancing interns＇s kills to guard against medical disputes, more over, some detailed measures are provided.
