摘  要:目前,我国高校官本位倾向愈演愈烈,高校的行政化倾向不断得到强化,行政权力主导与控制学校教学与科研活动,教师的当官意识浓厚等等,这种倾向严重制约了高校的学术自由和创新精神,对高校求真求知求实的学术氛围及其办学质量产生了严重的负面影响,克服这种不良倾向的条件是,从我国历史名校中反省,向西方一流大学取经,根本还在于体制的改革与创新。At present, China's official university-based orientation becomes stronger, the tendency of colleges and universities have continued to strengthen the executive and administrative powers of domination and control of schools, teaching and research activities, a strong sense of teachers as officials, etc., this tendency has seriously hampered the academic colleges and universities of freedom and the spirit of innovation, to seek knowledge and truth-seeking and truth-seeking university academic atmosphere and the school quality has serious negative impact on the conditions to overcome this negative trend, from the elite in our history, to reflect, to learn from the West first-class universities, it is still lies in the system reform and innovation.
