摘  要:目的研究不同产地枸杞中微量元素的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了宁夏中卫、内蒙乌拉特前旗和山东3地枸杞中K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr等9种微量元素的含量;并借助统计学软件(SPSS 17.0)对测定结果进行聚类分析。结果表明宁夏中卫、内蒙乌拉特前旗和山东3地枸杞各属一类,总符合率为100%。结论采用聚类分析及判别分析可以为判别枸杞产地提供一种新的方法。Objective To study the contents of trace elements from different producing area in China.Methods The author analyzed the contents of k,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cr,Cu,Na and Zn in wolf berry from Zhongwei,Neimeng in Ningxia Province and Shandong province by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and analyzed the results by software SPSS 17.0 in statistics by cluster analysis to compare the wolf berry from Zhongwei,Neimeng and Shandong.Results The results showed that wolf berry from Zhongwei,Neimeng and Shandong belonged to each category whose accuracy of classification was 100%.Conclusion Introduce cluster analysis and discriminant analysis were proved to be a new method to identify where the wolf berry was from by the cluster analysis.
