摘  要:不同的电源波形会影响电沉积过程,它们之间的确切关系需要进行研究,但现有的电镀电源无法产生任意波形,也没有建立一个较完整的电镀指标数据库。针对这些问题,采用面向对象和组件的方法,设计和开发了一个能够对电镀电源波形和电沉积关系进行研究的系统,该系统提供一个可供用户设计各种电源波形的环境,运用决策树分类数据挖掘技术,来研究电源波形和电沉积之间的关系。阐述了构建决策树的基本思想和算法及使用组件技术开发系统的方法。Different power waveform will affect the process of electro-deposition,the relationship between them needs to be researched,but existing electroplating power couldn't generate arbitrary waveform,and there is not a complete database of electroplating attributes as well.To solve these problems,a system with regard to researching the relationship between power waveform and electro-deposition has been designed and developed using object-oriented method and components technique.This system provides a platform for users to design a variety of power waveforms,and classification data mining technique based on decision tree is utilised to research the relationship between power waveform and electro-deposition.This paper discusses the basic idea and algorithm for establishing the decision tree and the method of developing this system with components technique.
