摘  要:目的分析快速纸片法与传统发酵法在不同类型样品中检测大肠菌群的一致性。方法用快速纸片法和传统发酵法同时检测同一样品的大肠菌群,比较检验结果的一致性以及假阳性率。结果两种方法检测5类样品总符合率为88.2%(糕点95.7%、冷冻饮品82.5%、卤菜66.7%、水质100%、餐具96.4%);冷冻饮品被污染程度不同对两种检测方法的符合率有影响;纸片法的不典型性结果真阳性率只有51.2%,且在不同类型的标本中分布不同。结论使用快速纸片法试纸必须根据相对应类型的标本研制和配对使用,对于不典型结果判断需用传统方法确证。Objective To analyze the consistency of testing Escherichia coli in different samples between traditional ferment method with rapid slip method. Methods Escherichia coli were tested in the same samples by using rapid slip method and traditional ferment method. The consistency and false - positive rate of the results were compared. Results The results of the two methods had 88.2 % of the total coincidence in 5 kinds of samples (cakes and pastry 97.5 %, freezing drink and food 82.5 %, pot-stewed meat 66.7%, water i00 %, and tableware 96.4 % ). The coincidence was influenced by different pollution degrees of freezing drink and food. The true - positive rate of slip method had only 51.2 % in non - typical re- sults and the distribution was different in different types of samples. Conclusions Test paper of rapid slip method must be developed and used according to corresponding types, and the judgment of non - typical results needs traditional method.
