摘 要:D-缬氨酸是合成农药、抗生素和生理活性胎的重要原料,广泛应用于生物和医学研究等领域,D-缬氨酸应用带动了其制备技术研究的发展。较全面地阐述了国内外各种生物酶法制备D-缬氨酸的研究进展,同时也对采用结晶法、立体合成法及外消旋体化学拆分法等制备D-缬氨酸的研究概况进行了较为全面的介绍,并对各种制备方法特点进行了比较分析,得出各种制备D-缬氨酸的技术有待进一步完善。D-valine,an important material for agricultural chemicals,antibiotics and physiological active peptide,is widely used in the fields of biology,physic and so on. The development in production technology for D-valine is largely promoted by its application. The research advances of the preparation of D-valine by various enzymatic methods at home and abroad were expounded. The research situations of the preparation of D-valine by crystallization method,stereoselective synthesis method and chemical resolution method were also introduced. And the characteristics of different preparation methods were compared and analyzed. It was pointed out that more efforts are needed for the preparation technology of D-valine.
