摘  要:将晶体塑性理论应用于定向结晶材料与构件分析之中。首先结合试验结果,由单晶体的材料基本常数推得横观各向同性的5个材料参数,进一步研究了晶粒数对这5个参数的影响,并给出其分布规律;其次以一真实叶片为例,给出其在考核工况下的蠕变响应,与试车结果比较,得到晶体塑性理论分析定向结晶结构的合理性。The crystallographic theory was applied to the directionally solidified materials and structures. Firstly, combined with the experimental data, the five elastic parameters are deduced from the material parameters of single crystal. The effect of number of crystals on the five parameters has been discussed and their distributions have also been given out. Then, taking a real blade as an example, the creep behavior of directionally solidified turbine blades has been analyzed. From the comparison with the experiments, one can see the agreement of application of crystallographic theory on the directionally solidified materials and structures.
