350个木薯品种资源的块根淀粉磷含量测定

摘　　要：[目的]选出差异性较大的几个品种(品系),用于木薯块根淀粉高磷种质的选育及研究。[方法]通过钼锑抗分光光度法,测定了国家木薯种质圃350个品种(品系)的木薯块根淀粉磷含量。[结果]350个木薯品种块根淀粉平均磷含量为0.071046%。[结论]为选育块根淀粉高磷木薯种质提供理论依据。[Objective]A large number of differences species （lines） were selected for high-phosphorus germplasm breeding and researching of the cassava root starch. [Method]The cassava root starch phosphate content of 350 cassava varieties （lines） in the national field cassava gene bank were determined through molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometric method. [Result]The study showed that average phosphorus content in 350 cassava tuberous roots rtarch srrived at 0. 071 046%. [Conclusion]The study provided theoretical basis for the selection of high-phosphorus cassava root starch.
