摘  要:[目的]探讨双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯的防雾滴性能。[方法]制备出一系列聚合度不同的双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯,测试了其喷涂后薄膜的防雾滴性能(初滴时间、10滴时间和高温长效性),并与单硬脂酸聚甘油酯(PGME)进行了比较,探讨聚甘油的聚合度与防雾滴性之间的关系,考察多次喷涂后薄膜防雾滴性能的稳定性。[结果]在各种双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯产品防雾滴性能比较中,用聚合度为2.2的聚甘油合成的双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯,其初滴时间和10滴时间均比较短,无滴效果好,且80℃的高温长效性也较长。双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯的防雾滴性能稳定,防雾效果重现性好,可多次使用。[结论]双子硬脂酸聚甘油酯的防雾滴性能优于其单聚甘油酯,是一种性能优良的农用塑料薄膜防雾滴剂。[Objective]The study aimed to discuss on the antifogging property of polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid. [Method]A series of polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid with different polymerization degree were prepared. Their antifogging property including first drop time,ten drop time and long efficiency under high temperature of the films sprayed with them was tested,which was compared with that of polyglycerol mono-stearate (PGME). The relationship between the polymerization degree of polyglycerol and the antifogging property was discussed and the stability of antifogging property of films sprayed for more times was observed. [Result]In comparing the antifogging property of various products of polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid,the polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid synthesized with the polymerization degree of 2. 2 had such characteristic as shorter first drop time and ten drop time,good no drop effect and longer long-efficiency under high temperature of 80 ℃. The polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid showed stable antifogging property,good reproducibility on antifogging effect and could be used for many times. [Conclusion]The antifogging property of polyglycerol ester with gemini stearic acid was better than that of PGME and it is a kind of excellent antifogging drop agent used for agricultural plastic film.
