短期大规模防盲手术的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨分析某院接收的短期大规模白内障防盲手术的手术效果。总结了一些白内障防盲手术的体会。[方法]资料来自2009年4月～2009年7月某院接受的江西省"微笑·光明"行动的1242例(1242眼)白内障防盲手术。小切口非超乳组有490例(490眼),超乳组752例(752眼)。分析两组手术效果和手术并发症。[结果]小切口非超乳组脱盲率为91.63%(449眼),脱残率为63.88%(313眼);超乳组脱盲率为96.14%(723眼),脱残率为84.31%(634眼)。总脱盲率为94.36%(1172眼),脱残率为76.25%(947眼)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.02,P﹤0.05)。[结论]短期大规模白内障防盲手术取得了良好复明效果,但良好的组织及加强术后用药指导和随访对保证医疗安全至关重要。[Objective] To discuss and analyze the therapeutic effects of a short-time large number of cataract operations for prevention of blindness in our hospital. To summarize some experiences in cataract blindness prevention surgeries through comparing two kinds of cataract operation technique. [Methods] 1242 eyes of 1 242 cases underwent cataract surgeries in our hospital were observed. The group of NON-PHACO, included 490 eyes of 490 cases and the group of phacoemulsification （PHACO） included 752 eyes of 752 cases. The therapemie effects and the postoperative eomplications of each method of cataract surgery were investigated and statistically analyzed. [ Results]In the investigatlon, the rate of escaped blindness and handicap of NON-PHACO was 91.63% （449 eyes） and 63.88% （313 eyes） respectively, while the rate of escaped blindness and handicap of PHACO was 94.36% （1 172 eyes） and 76.25% （947 eyes） respectively. In bodl groups, the therapeutic effects showed significant difference （χ2 = 6.02, P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion3 A short-time large number of cataract operations for prevention of blindness in our hospital have got good therapeutic effect. But good leadership, the follow-up and the guidance in eye drops administration after operations are the most important, they can ensure the operations success.
