烟草中淀粉含量测定

摘　　要：采用碘显色法测定烟草中的淀粉含量,并考察萃取方式、提取料液比、加碘量等因素对测定结果的影响。结果表明,料液比为1∶120,超声时间为25min,提取时间为30min时测定结果较理想;方法的回收率大于97%,相对标准偏差小于3%。The starch content in tobacco was determined with iodine coloration and the influences of extraction methods,material-to-liquid ratio of extraction and iodine addition on determination results were studied.The results indicated that when the material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶120,the ultrasonic time was 25 min and the extraction time was 30 min,the determination results were relatively perfect.Its recovery was higher than 97% and its RSD was smaller than 3%.
